My friend Fros and I (in the attached picture) have decided to do the 5km run in honour of those close to us who have passed away. We are planning to run the whole 5km and have started to train for it now. I am dedicating my run in loving memory of my wonderful aunty Yiannoulla who passed away from ovarian cancer in 2002 and also to my younger lovely and greatly missed brother Tony who also died of cancer age 15 back in 1989. So many people have been affected one way or another from cancer, so many lives have been lost to this illness and by doing this run I want to raise as much money as I can to improve the chances of survival.
